ROYAL DORNOCH TO HOST FIRST RED CROSS CHARITY EVENT

Golfers and businesses are being urged to get behind the work of the British Red Cross by supporting a new charity event being held at Royal Dornoch Golf Club.

The inaugural Northern Scotland Charity Golf Tournament will be played over the Championship Course on 17 April, during the charity’s 150th anniversary.

Entry is now open and players from around the country are expected to take part. The competition is limited to 19 teams of four players so booking soon is recommended.

It is a great honour for the club that the British Red Cross have chosen Royal Dornoch to stage this prestigious charity golf event during their 150th anniversary.

We very much value the work the charity does, both at home and abroad, and we look forward to helping the team raise as much money as possible.

The programme for the day and entry price includes tea/coffee & bacon rolls before tee off, 18 holes of golf, halfway house and dinner, followed by a prize-giving and auction.

Local businesses are also welcome to support the charity by sponsoring a hole or taking an advertisement in the programme.
