Re-Opening of Courses at Royal Dornoch

We are delighted that the restrictions are being relaxed and we can offer more to our members and visitors in the coming weeks and months.

Following confirmation from the First Minister that the travel restrictions are being lifted we welcome back our out of town members from 3rd July, prebooked visitors from 15th July and new visitor bookings from 1st August.

While are still in the phases of lockdown exit we must follow the advice and guidance from the Scottish Government and Scottish Golf so have put together a set of rules for safe golf at Royal Dornoch based on them.

We have also used some best practice from our colleagues in elsewhere in the UK to try and provide as normal an experience as possible during these times.

The clubhouse does remain closed and as soon as we are able to then a phased opening of the facilities will happen. We will inform as soon as we can on each phase of this.

The health and wellbeing of our community, our staff and all our golfers remains our priority and so we have developed our phased return operations to promote social distancing at all times.

Please read all the rules thoroughly as they are for everyone else’s safety as well as your own. We look forward to seeing you back golfing at Royal Dornoch.
