Royal Dornoch successfully defend their Dornoch Firth League title

The team from Royal Dornoch Golf Club successfully defended their Dornoch Firth League trophy on home soil.

The annual tournament, which dates back to 1973, features teams from Brora, Golspie, Tain, Invergordon and Dornoch.

Royal Dornoch amassed 17 points, just one ahead of second placed Brora. Tain finished in third place with nine points.

Royal Dornoch have now won the trophy 15 times, six behind the total amassed by Brora.
