ROYAL DORNOCH PARTNERS WITH GOLFMANAGER TO SUPPORT CLUB OPERATIONS, MEMBERSHIP AND BOOKINGS
Royal Dornoch has partnered with Golfmanager to support the management of its club operations, membership, bookings, retail and food and beverage services.
The partnership sees Royal Dornoch adopt Golfmanager’s cloud-based platform to help manage the complex requirements of one of the world’s most prestigious and popular golf destinations.
Officially ranked No. 4 in the world by Golf Digest, Royal Dornoch welcomes members and visitors from across the globe while managing a highly complex tee sheet involving international tour operators, overseas visitors, local guests and members, each with different booking windows, pricing structures and privileges.
Golfmanager has worked closely with the club to configure its platform around these requirements, providing greater flexibility for staff and helping to deliver a seamless experience for golfers.
Supporting Royal Dornoch’s Operations
The new platform provides a range of features tailored to Royal Dornoch’s requirements, including:
- Membership management: Streamlined membership administration with bespoke profile fields, as well as the management of additional services such as locker allocations and bag storage.
- Pro Shop and retail: Point-of-sale and inventory management across the club’s retail operation, including multi-warehouse stock management following the expansion of the Pro Shop and increased stockholding.
- Food and beverage: Integration of dining transactions, player accounts and club management to support the significant expansion of Royal Dornoch’s food and beverage operation following the opening of its new £13.9 million clubhouse.
- Bookings and tee sheet management: Bespoke configurations designed to manage Royal Dornoch’s complex booking rules and the different requirements of its varied customer groups.
