This traditional yet modern house is situated only 100m from the Royal Dornoch championship golf course and 200m from the Square; which is the heart of Dornoch with its shops, bars and restaurants. The house has a good sized lounge joining the kitchen / diner featuring an oak and granite kitchen. The downstairs bedroom and large shower room is suitable for people who find stairs a challenge, and there are easy ramps on the outside doors. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, with plenty of space for walking boots, fishing gear or golf clubs and the door leads directly out towards the golf course. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.
