Dornoch Mews is a stylish modern town house (fully refurbished in 2019) offering comfortable and convenient accommodation in the centre of Dornoch. The beach and golf course are within a few minutes walk, as are all the amenities of this charming Highland town. These include shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cafes, historical places of interest and even a gin distillery!
The entire second floor is given over to a light and spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen at one end, dining area in the middle, and seating at the far end. This makes for a stylish and comfortable living and entertaining space, with a range of lighting to suit any time of day or night. The kitchen (new 2019) is fully equipped with a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and large collection of kitchen equipment and utensils.

This Interior Designer’s own holiday home is close to the centre of the town and around 10 minutes walk from the golf club.
The house was completed in 2015 and is exceptionally warm and comfortable. The owners, both members of RDGC, believe that a holiday home should be as well kitted out as one’s main home, and being keen cooks they have set up the kitchen for plenty of cooking and entertaining. The house has a smart TV with Sky+ and a good selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws to while away the time when not on the course. The enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and the west facing terrace is equipped with barbecue and table and chairs, from which guests can enjoy the sun late into summer evenings. There is a large shed for the storage of golf bags, bicycles etc.

The Mill at Fearn Farm
The Mill at Fearn Farm is situated just outside the village of Hill of Fearn on a working farm, just 2 minutes off of the A9.
Located 45 minutes north of Inverness, 1 hour from Inverness Airport, 5 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Tain and 15 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Dornoch.
The Mill is a beautiful, new, flexible self-catering house sleeping 14, it can be split in to two units, the Mill End sleeping 10 and the Wee end, sleeps 4.
The Mill end has a lovely semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen area, there is access to an outside eating area and private patio through huge sliding doors. There is also a wood-burning stove and a massive dining table for socialising around. On the ground floor, there is a w/c room with a washing machine/tumble drier. A large bedroom with en-suite is also situated on the ground floor. There is plenty of coat hanging space and cubbyholes for shoes situated under the staircase. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with either twin beds that can also be arranged as super king beds depending on your requirements. All the bedrooms are large and have en-suites with views of the surrounding farm.
The Wee end is accessed through double doors off the living area of the Mill and there is an open plan kitchen and living area with a full-height ceiling open to the eaves and is stylishly furnished in a Scottish Scandi style. There is a wood-burning stove and the room opens out through sliding doors to a private south facing patio area. The two bedrooms are bright and have sliding doors which also open out on to the patio area and there is a shared shower room.
There is free WiFi, firewood, smart TVs and Gas BBQ. Beds can be arranged as twins or super kings.
