The enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and the west facing terrace is equipped with barbecue and table and chairs, from which guests can enjoy the sun late into summer evenings. The bothy sleeps 2 people and comprises of an open plan living and kitchen area, shower room and bedroom with king size bed. There is a driveway with space for 1 car and there is an enclosed patio to the rear of the property.

Enjoy a waterside cottage in the Highland at The Coach House. This pretty stone cottage can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms and is perfect for couples, with a log burner, cozy up, and cold nights.

The Mill at Fearn Farm is situated just outside the village of Hill of Fearn on a working farm, just 2 minutes off of the A9.
Located 45 minutes north of Inverness, 1 hour from Inverness Airport, 5 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Tain and 15 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Dornoch.

The Mill is a beautiful, new, flexible self-catering house sleeping 14, it can be split in to two units, the Mill End sleeping 10 and the Wee end, sleeps 4.

The Mill end has a lovely semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen area, there is access to an outside eating area and private patio through huge sliding doors. There is also a wood-burning stove and a massive dining table for socialising around. On the ground floor, there is a w/c room with a washing machine/tumble drier. A large bedroom with en-suite is also situated on the ground floor. There is plenty of coat hanging space and cubbyholes for shoes situated under the staircase. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with either twin beds that can also be arranged as super king beds depending on your requirements. All the bedrooms are large and have en-suites with views of the surrounding farm.

The Wee end is accessed through double doors off the living area of the Mill and there is an open plan kitchen and living area with a full-height ceiling open to the eaves and is stylishly furnished in a Scottish Scandi style. There is a wood-burning stove and the room opens out through sliding doors to a private south facing patio area. The two bedrooms are bright and have sliding doors which also open out on to the patio area and there is a shared shower room.

There is free WiFi, firewood, smart TVs and Gas BBQ. Beds can be arranged as twins or super kings.

The Old Byre, a cosy self catering holiday cottage offering accommodation for up to 4 people, situated on a working croft in the beautiful parish of Rogart. 7 miles from the coast and only 16 miles from Royal Dornoch Golf Club.

Baloan Steading is a fantastic, flexible self catering house in Balnapolaig, Dornoch. Essentially two steadings houses each with a sleeping capacity of eight, and which can be opened up to offer one large space. Set within a peaceful semi-rural location yet ony three minutes by car from Dornoch centre. All the bedrooms at Balloan Steading are en suite with zip and link super kingsize beds. Dogs are welcome.

It is situated in Elizabeth Gardens, Dornoch and is only a short walk from Royal Dornoch Golf Club. Accommodation comprises sitting room, kitchen with dining area and a storeroom downstairs. Upstairs is a double room (king size bed), twin room and a single room with family bathroom. Small garden both front and back. Pets by arrangement.
